About the Role

Join Supabase as a Customer Solution Architect (EMEA) to drive the adoption of our powerful Postgres development platform across diverse customers, from agile startups to established brands. In this exciting remote role, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding users through their entire journey and designing innovative technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and understand business and technical requirements.
• Design and architect technical solutions built on the Supabase platform.
• Lead proof-of-value implementations with customers.
• Provide regular customer engagements to answer complex questions, unblock adoption, and optimize scaled performance.
• Lead technical discovery to uncover business and technical objectives and set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform.

Requirements

• Proven ability to put customers first and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to work as an extension of their team.
• Advocacy for customer needs within the organization.
• Experience supporting Team & Enterprise customers.

About the Team

• You will be joining the Growth Solutions Architecture department, focusing on supporting Supabase Team & Enterprise customers.
• This is a full-time, remote position, specifically for the EMEA region.
