Customer Solution Architect (USA)

About the Role

Join Supabase as a Customer Solutions Architect and become a trusted advisor for our most valuable customers, guiding them through their entire journey from initial discovery to scaled production.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business and technical requirements.
• Design and architect technical solutions built on the Supabase platform.
• Lead proof-of-value implementations and guide new customers through the onboarding process.
• Provide ongoing customer engagements, including architecture reviews, database design and performance optimization.
• Work closely with customers to unblock adoption, optimize performance, and identify new workloads.
• Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, including working with their production data stores.
• Present platform demonstrations and communicate the value of the Supabase platform and Success team.
• Work with Growth team members to assist with deal sizing and usage estimates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with web application development.
• Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks such as Python, C#, React, Vue, or Svelte.
