About the Role

As a Customer Success Architect, you will play a highly strategic role, ensuring our customers achieve unparalleled value by aligning our AI-powered DevSecOps Platform with their unique business objectives and driving long-term success. This pivotal position empowers you to shape customer journeys and contribute significantly to their growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through the adoption and optimization of GitLab's DevSecOps Platform.
• Develop and execute strategic customer success plans, aligning GitLab solutions with specific business outcomes.
• Drive platform adoption, feature utilization, and value realization across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmap.
• Provide expert guidance on DevSecOps best practices, CI/CD, and cloud-native strategies.
• Leverage AI capabilities within the GitLab platform to enhance customer workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Strong technical proficiency with Git, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve measurable customer success outcomes.
• Experience with or strong interest in applying AI/ML in a DevSecOps context.
