Customer Success Architect

About the Role

This highly strategic Customer Success Architect role is pivotal in empowering our customers across the META region. You will align our comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps platform with their unique business objectives, driving unparalleled value and accelerating their digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through the adoption and optimization of the GitLab DevSecOps platform.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their strategic goals and translate them into actionable technical solutions using GitLab.
• Enable customer teams through workshops, best practices, and technical deep-dives to maximize their platform utilization.
• Identify opportunities to expand the use of GitLab features and services, demonstrating clear business value and ROI.
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product evolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, software development lifecycles, and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Strong technical proficiency with CI/CD, Git, security scanning, and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely from the United Arab Emirates, serving customers across the META region.

Nice-to-Haves

• Direct experience with the GitLab platform.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in DevSecOps.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, all-remote environment.
