Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team, playing a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our platform and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customers, driving product adoption and overall customer health.
• Develop and execute proactive success plans tailored to customer goals and business objectives.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate closely with the Sales team to drive renewals and upsells.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate internally with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Monitor customer usage data and proactively address potential churn risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data and translate insights into actionable success strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with communication platforms or real-time media technologies.
• Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles related to renewals and expansion.
