About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, providing strategic guidance, and identifying opportunities for long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts across different segments.
• Proactively identify and flag potential risks that could lead to customer churn.
• Build genuine relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Recognize and develop opportunities for growth and revenue generation within accounts.
• Collect and relay product and operational feedback from customers to relevant internal teams.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for all assigned clients.
