Customer Success Manager, Enterprise

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Chainguard, you will serve as the primary post-sales partner for our enterprise customers, driving adoption and ensuring they realize significant value from our security solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience at a high-growth company while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption strategies to ensure long-term success.
• Partner with customers to develop business success plans and demonstrate clear value realization.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for their needs to our product and engineering teams.
• Manage customer relationships across all levels, from technical stakeholders to CISOs, to drive renewals and expansion.
• Collaborate with technical support and engineering to facilitate timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management.
• Strong domain knowledge in areas like Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, or vulnerability management.
• Proven ability to act with autonomy, making strategic decisions to de-risk accounts and manage complex escalations.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and priority management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Previous experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
• Hands-on technical experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Linux environments.
• A deep passion for cybersecurity and staying current with evolving industry security standards.
