As a Customer Success Manager I based in New Zealand, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients maximize their success with our leading global payroll and HR platform. Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of New Zealand-based clients.
• Guide clients through successful onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing utilization of Deel's platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and helping them achieve their strategic business objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for client growth, platform optimization, and enhanced value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and sales teams to advocate for client needs and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, or global employment processes.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively.
• Must be based in New Zealand and eligible to work remotely.
