Join Deel as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll be the key face and voice for our clients, building genuine relationships that drive long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of small spend accounts across SMB/MM or ENT segments.
• Proactively identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for expansion.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivery of a consistently high-quality experience to our customers.
