Customer Success Manager II

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager II, you will be the primary advocate for our clients, building strong, lasting relationships and driving long-term revenue growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on operational and product matters, while championing client needs internally to expand their business with Deel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SMB/MM or ENT and Payroll accounts, including those with strategic growth potential.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could lead to customer churn, engaging internal stakeholders and managing customer communications effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and success.
• Act as the voice of the customer, collecting and sharing product and operational feedback with relevant internal teams.
• Deliver a high-quality day-to-day experience for our customers, coordinating with internal teams for timely request completion.
• Drive the adoption of platform features to enhance customer experience and improve retention.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
• Demonstrated exposure to working with Payroll clients or accounts.
• Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity environment.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate, synthesize data, and draw insightful conclusions from complex datasets.
• Proven track record of achievement, delivering quantifiable business impact, and quickly assuming responsibilities.
