About the Role
Join Deel as a Customer Success Manager specializing in the Korean market, serving as the primary face and voice for our clients. In this pivotal role, you will build durable customer relationships, drive long-term revenue growth, and act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and advocating for client needs internally.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of SMB/MM or ENT accounts, including low to mid-sized spend accounts and those with strategic growth potential.
- Identify and proactively flag risks that could lead to customer churn.
- Engage appropriate internal stakeholders to swiftly resolve issues while managing customer communications effectively.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals and demonstrate value.
- Act as the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback.
- Share customer feedback with relevant internal teams to drive product and capability improvements.
- Champion new products and capabilities internally to facilitate client business expansion with Deel.
Requirements
- Fluency in Korean (speaking is essential).
- Demonstrated ability to build genuine and durable customer relationships.
- Proven success in converting relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth.
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Capability to provide strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues.
- Passion for building businesses and tackling complex, challenging problems.
- Ability to dive into data for insights.
- Confidence in cross-functional project management with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, high-performance team environment.
- Strong internal advocacy skills to champion client needs within the organization.
