About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager, where you will be instrumental in building lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring their success with our global HR and payroll platform. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by empowering businesses to thrive in the future of global work, working remotely from Colombia.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify client needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure optimal adoption and utilization of our platform.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client health, present value, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer success processes and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced global environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage given the location.
- Based in Colombia and authorized to work remotely from there.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with HR, payroll, or global employment platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client interactions.
- Understanding of global employment regulations and compliance.
