About the Role

Join Deel as a Customer Success Manager, serving as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for our clients, driving genuine relationships and identifying growth opportunities within your accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of small spend accounts within designated segments (SMB/MM or ENT).
• Proactively identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn.
• Build strong relationships by understanding client pain points, providing effective solutions, and recognizing opportunities for expansion.
• Act as the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for all assigned accounts.
