Customer Success Manager SMB

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager for our SMB segment, you will be the dedicated advocate for our business customers, guiding them through their journey with 1Password to ensure they achieve maximum value and adoption. This remote role, open to candidates in the United States and Canada, is crucial for driving customer retention and fostering strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Guide Teams and Business customers through their 1Password lifecycle, applying established best practices.
• Understand customer structures and needs to provide tailored support and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Onboarding and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Act as a customer champion and advocate, ensuring their needs and priorities are well-represented internally.
• Drive customer retention by demonstrating the value of their investment in 1Password.
• Proactively and reactively engage with customers to support their adoption goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a large book of business in a Customer Success role.
• Proven experience working in a SaaS or Tech environment.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada.
