Customer Success Manager (Strategic Revenue)

About the Role

Join ElevenLabs as a strategic Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and maximize value for our most important US-based clients, directly impacting our strategic revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value, strategic accounts within the United States to ensure long-term partnership and retention.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans that align customer business objectives with ElevenLabs' product capabilities.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive strategic revenue growth.
• Serve as the primary post-sales advocate for these strategic customers, managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI and strategic value.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex, or strategic accounts and achieving high retention/expansion rates.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and success metrics (e.g., NRR, Churn, Health Scores).
• Must be authorized to work full-time remotely within the United States.
