Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, capable of earning customers' trust.
• Ability to quickly understand and diagnose technical problems.
• Comfortable with holiday, weekend, and on-call work based on a rota system.

Work Arrangement

• This role is remote-friendly within the United States.
• For candidates within a pre-determined commuting distance of our SF, NY, London, or Berlin offices, the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
• For those located beyond commuting distance, the role is fully remote.
