Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, primarily via live chat.
• Provide swift, expert assistance, leveraging logical thinking and in-depth platform knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional support with top-notch product knowledge and communication skills.
• Consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong English proficiency.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assist customers effectively.
• Ability to quickly acquire and apply in-depth product and platform knowledge.
• Availability to work from 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Vietnam time), Monday to Friday.
