As a Customer Support Executive at clearer.io, you will be the vital first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional assistance via live chat. Your expertise will be crucial in empowering our partners and driving their sustainable growth in the fast-moving ecommerce landscape.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support via live chat.
• Deliver swift, expert, and exceptional assistance, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Utilize logical thinking and in-depth platform knowledge to efficiently resolve customer issues.
• Maintain top-notch communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally within a technology or e-commerce environment.
• Strong ability to quickly acquire and apply in-depth product knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated logical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assist customers effectively.
• Ability to work remotely, adhering to a schedule of 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Vietnam time), Monday to Friday.
