Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies relevant to compliance.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with compliance officers and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support the investigation of potential compliance breaches and provide data-driven evidence.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all compliance-related analyses.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a compliance or financial services environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of compliance principles and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
