About the Role
Lead a talented team of data scientists to revolutionize GTM sales and customer success strategies at Canva, shaping the future of design technology through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor four data scientists supporting B2B Sales and Customer Success teams
- Set team priorities and analytics roadmaps in partnership with Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps leaders
- Build predictive models and data products for pipeline generation, forecasting, and churn risk
- Champion the use of AI to automate actions and scale analytical impact across the business
Requirements
- Multiple years of data science or analytics experience in B2B SaaS, growth, or GTM contexts
- Formal experience coaching or leading data science teams
- Strong technical foundation in SQL, data modeling, and modern BI tools
- Proven track record of shipping data products that materially improve sales and CS operations
