Data Science Manager - GTM Sales

About the Role

Lead a high-impact team of data scientists to revolutionize our B2B sales and customer success strategies through advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the analytical backbone of a rapidly scaling global organization while coaching talent to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of four data scientists focused on B2B sales, pipeline generation, and churn risk modeling.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership to define the analytical roadmap and prioritize high-impact data initiatives.
• Oversee the development of productionized data products, including account health scoring, sales forecasting models, and self-serve analytics.
• Champion the integration of AI to automate GTM workflows and enhance decision-making for commercial leaders.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable narratives for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in data science or analytics within a B2B SaaS, growth, or GTM environment.
• Proven track record of coaching or formally leading high-performing data teams.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), data modeling (dbt), and modern BI tools like Looker or Mode.
• Experience shipping data products that directly influenced sales or customer success outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical analysis and business strategy.
