Data Science Manager, User Growth

About the Role

Join Reddit's growing Data Science Team as a Manager, leading a talented group of data scientists to drive and optimize user growth. In this role, you will uncover critical insights and spearhead strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to enhance Reddit's user growth systems. This position is US remote-friendly, with options to work from offices in SF, LA, CHI, or NY.

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of strategic and tactical recommendations, leveraging deep product understanding and advanced data skills to maximize value for Reddit consumers.
• Serve as a key thought-partner for product managers, engineering managers, and leadership, shaping Reddit's roadmap and strategy through actionable, impactful insights derived from deep-dive analyses.
• Proactively engage in all phases of product development, including ideation, exploratory analysis, opportunity sizing, metrics design, offline modeling, experimentation, and decision-making.
