Deal Desk Operations Associate, PEO

About the Role

Join Deel as a Senior Deal Desk Operations Associate and play a pivotal role in scaling our fast-growing PEO business. You will act as a trusted partner to our Solution Consulting and Sales teams, focusing on pre-sales operational execution to remove friction and accelerate high-quality deals.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day PEO deal operations, ensuring efficient execution of manual tasks like census file prep, spend comparisons, employee import validations, and ROI documentation.
• Partner closely with PEO Solution Consultants and Sales to accelerate high-quality deals through improved processes, reduced manual touchpoints, and better documentation.
• Own operational workflows for RFP coordination, spend tracking, and Workers’ Comp submissions across multiple systems (Salesforce, DealHub, Google Sheets).
• Monitor and improve pre-sales documentation quality and ensure clean and efficient handoffs between sales and onboarding.
• Surface operational blockers and lead initiatives to reduce reliance on spreadsheets and email by helping implement automation and system improvements across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Product, Legal and Billing teams to align on policy and execution.
