Deal Strategy Manager, EMEA

About the Role

Join our Revenue Operations team as the first Deal Strategy Manager in EMEA, playing a pivotal role in building out our Deal Desk function and providing critical strategic support for complex sales deals. This remote-first position in the United Kingdom is key to driving smarter and more scalable growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Establish and build out the EMEA Deal Desk function within Revenue Operations.
• Partner directly with the Sales team on complex and strategic deals, providing expert guidance throughout the quote-to-close process.
• Ensure operational rigor and strategic support to enable smarter, faster, and more scalable growth across EMEA sales teams.
• Offer ad hoc support for general sales operations as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Deal Desk or Deal Strategy role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and strategic negotiations.
• Strong understanding of sales operations processes and best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively build new functions from the ground up.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• This role is remote-first, based in the United Kingdom.
