Demand Generation Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute customer lifecycle demand generation programs, including expansion and cross-sell initiatives across email, in-app, web, and field channels.
• Design and implement agentic workflows using AI tools to automate audience building, content generation, and campaign execution.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to translate marketing signals into actionable sales motions and account coverage strategies.
• Instrument programs to measure pipeline impact accurately, iterating rapidly based on performance data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing within a B2B software environment.
• Demonstrated success running multi-channel marketing programs with measurable pipeline results.
• Hands-on experience building automations or agentic workflows, with a mindset focused on using AI as a force multiplier.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data, report on metrics, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions alongside sales-led strategies.
• Familiarity with the observability, monitoring, or open-source software ecosystems.
• Proficiency with marketing and data stacks such as Marketo, Salesforce, and BigQuery.
