Demand Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, AI-native Demand Generation Specialist to drive our lifecycle and nurture programs, playing a key role in guiding users from awareness to adoption and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve AI-powered nurture programs to deepen engagement and improve conversion.
• Strategize and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, website personalization, and paid channels, embedding AI workflows.
• Conduct complex campaign analysis using traditional and AI-assisted tools, translating findings into actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, content, and creative teams to drive alignment and shared outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a technical or developer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning programs end-to-end, from ideation and strategy to optimization.
• Proven active AI tool usage, including building workflows and designing AI-assisted programs.
• Strong data literacy and attribution capabilities, with experience in PLG + commercial motions and developing attribution models.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to translate program performance into business narratives.
• Deep proficiency in core lifecycle channels (email nurture, website optimization, paid media) with AI integration.
• Fluency with technical audiences and understanding of developer product adoption motions.
