Responsibilities

• Craft and deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations to potential customers and partners.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and technical requirements.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert during the pre-sales process, addressing technical questions and concerns.
• Develop and maintain a library of demo assets, scripts, and environments.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on market interactions and customer insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or demo engineering role, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product features.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Familiarity with security concepts, identity management, or password management solutions.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for demo customization or automation.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
