This remote role, open to candidates in the United States, offers broad creative license to deliver highly polished, innovative, and systems-based solutions that introduce the world to Vercel.

Responsibilities

• Drive design leadership and engineering excellence for Vercel's acquisition surfaces, including vercel.com, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Shape the future of Vercel's logged-out web experience and public-facing marketing surfaces.
• Lead design initiatives to create thoughtful, innovative, and systems-based solutions for top-of-funnel experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, sales, GTM, analytics, product design, and engineering.
• Focus on creative development, user experience improvement, conversion optimization, experimentation, and personalization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Design Engineering role, ideally at a Senior or Staff level.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and interaction design.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver highly polished, creative, and interactive web experiences.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies and building scalable, systems-based solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse cross-functional teams.
• A passion for creative development, user experience, conversion, and experimentation.
