About the Role

Join Vercel as a Developer Success Engineer to guide customers through critical technical milestones, accelerating adoption and ensuring their long-term success on the Vercel platform.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a diverse range of customers, from startups to enterprises, to guide them through key technical milestones.
• Lead outcome-driven engagements such as onboarding, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
• Unblock customer progress and ensure their applications are production-ready, performant, and optimized on Vercel.
• Capture repeatable solutions and translate them into comprehensive documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
• Contribute to strengthening Vercel’s customer intelligence and improving the overall efficiency of the developer journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar.
• Strong understanding of modern web development technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Next.js, Vercel, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to various customer needs and technical levels.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
