Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data (usage, support, campaign performance) to generate insights that drive activation and adoption.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to make performance trends actionable.
• Design targeted activation plays for high-priority segments to unlock growth opportunities.
• Refine customer segmentation for personalized, high-impact outreach strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify friction points and align on strategic improvements.
• Own measurement for scaled activation programs, identifying effective strategies and areas for investment.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Sheets and experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Mode).
• SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer success, operations, or product analytics, with a solid understanding of lifecycle stages and segmentation.
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-directed and highly collaborative, able to drive work forward while partnering effectively across teams.
• Systemic thinking, attention to detail, data accuracy, and curiosity in solving complex customer challenges.

About the Team

The Digital District Engagement team empowers smaller K-12 schools and districts globally to leverage Canva. We transform customer behavior, usage insights, and support trends into targeted activation strategies that drive meaningful engagement at scale. We partner closely with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns are data-informed, prioritized, and designed for district success.
