Digital Marketing Business Development Executive (Outbound & Partnerships)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to spearhead our outbound sales strategy, focusing on generating qualified leads and driving significant revenue growth for our full-funnel revenue marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive outbound sales strategies focused on lead generation and sales growth.
• Conduct thorough market research to define key buyer personas and effective sales cadences.
• Execute outreach using a mix of tactics including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified leads throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Track, analyze, and report on key outbound sales metrics (response rates, conversion rates, meetings booked) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target mid-size businesses.
• Continuously experiment with and adopt new tools and tactics to improve overall outbound sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding ambitious sales targets through outbound efforts.
• Proficiency with essential sales tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong command of various outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and solution selling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging senior decision-makers.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Analytical mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
