Director, AI Capacity Partnerships, Europe

About the Role

Join Armada to lead the commercial strategy for our AI infrastructure, building the demand side of our AI factory business across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of sovereign AI and high-performance compute by originating and converting strategic GPU capacity partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage organizations requiring rapid access to GPU capacity for training, inference, and sovereign AI workloads.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of offtake, anchor tenant, and reserved capacity opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable infrastructure plans, including GPU configurations, power profiles, and deployment timelines.
• Design and negotiate complex commercial structures, including offtake agreements, capacity reservations, and revenue-share models.
• Act as a market intelligence resource to inform site selection, capacity planning, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive senior-level network within the AI compute ecosystem, including GPU clouds, AI-native companies, and data center operators.
• Proven track record of commercializing GPU capacity, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing assets.
• Experience structuring and closing complex infrastructure deals such as anchor tenancy or long-term capacity reservations.
• Strong technical literacy regarding GPU clusters, power density, cooling, networking, and AI workload requirements.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving market with executive presence and strong pipeline discipline.

• Ability to navigate the intersection of demand, power, capital, and regulatory drivers across the UK, EU, Nordics, and Southern Europe.
