About the Role

As the Director of Customer Onboarding, you will lead global payroll implementations, managing a regional team and acting as a key client contact to ensure seamless and compliant service delivery for multinational organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional teams of Customer Onboarding Managers, overseeing payroll implementations across multiple geographies and business sectors.
• Manage a book of business, ensuring project goals are met and implementation processes are smooth, efficient, and high-quality.
• Act as an executive contact for clients during the payroll implementation phase.
• Engage with clients to understand their project and payroll needs, provide consultation on best practices, and ensure requirements are met.
• Oversee all stages of the payroll implementation process, including planning, system design, configuration, testing, data migration, customer enablement, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of global payroll processes and system implementation.
• Strong client service skills.
