About the Role

Join Keyrock as a Director, APAC Institutional Sales to spearhead our institutional growth in the dynamic digital asset space across the APAC region. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and significantly expand our client base, contributing directly to regional revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of Keyrock's institutional client base across the APAC region, focusing on digital assets.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to engage VCs, Asset Managers, Private Wealth, and other institutional clients.
• Drive regional revenue growth through the acquisition and management of institutional partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional digital asset market.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dynamic and experienced Director in institutional sales, preferably within the digital asset or financial technology sector.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully acquiring and managing institutional clients and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the APAC financial market landscape and institutional client needs.
• Ability to work remotely from Hong Kong or Singapore.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
