About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and high-impact Business Development Director to lead global initiatives, driving scalable growth across international markets. This foundational role will shape how Paddle identifies, builds, and scales strategic business opportunities, expanding our reach and strengthening our offering worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Paddle’s global business development strategy, identifying and pursuing high-value growth opportunities across international markets.
- Build scalable outbound systems and repeatable winning strategies to drive Paddle's next phase of growth.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to define global business development approaches and deliver measurable impact.
- Operate both strategically and tactically across multiple global markets to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior business development or commercial leadership role, preferably within a global or international context.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale strategic business opportunities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically across multiple global markets.
