Director of Creative Strategy

About the Role

Lead and evolve our Creative Strategy function, shaping how strategy drives creative excellence across the business. You will guide a talented team of strategists while partnering with executive customers to solve complex business challenges through insight-driven creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Creative Strategy team, fostering high performance and continuous growth.
• Define the vision, standards, and operating model for Strategy across Superside.
• Partner with senior customer stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Build frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that scale strategic excellence across the organization.
• Champion AI-powered ways of working that improve research, strategic thinking, and creative development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy within creative, advertising, branding, or digital agencies.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing strategy teams.
• Strong track record advising senior stakeholders and executive customers.
• Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, creative effectiveness, and customer insights.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business and creative strategies.
