About the Role
Lead the strategic vision and execution for the Develop pillar, shaping the future of web building within our Website Experience Platform (WXP). This exciting remote-first role in the US and Canada (BC & ON) empowers developers with cutting-edge tools and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and execution for the Develop pillar.
- Expand the WXP into the full developer lifecycle.
- Drive initiatives related to AI-assisted code generation and seamless code synchronization.
- Oversee the development of robust CLI workflows for local development.
- Guide the evolution of Webflow Cloud for global-scale hosting and databases.
Role Impact & Context
- The Develop pillar is a key investment in integrating code and infrastructure directly into the WXP.
- Ensure developers can move fluidly between visual creation and production-grade code.
- Contribute to a unified platform known for reliability, scalability, and speed.
