Director, Product Management

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution for key product areas, driving innovation that aligns with our mission to build a more private internet experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product lines.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and user-centric design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Utilize data analytics and user research to inform product decisions and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and sunsetting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex digital products, preferably in a high-growth or privacy-focused environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing outcomes at all organizational levels.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and product discovery techniques.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience managing globally distributed or remote product teams.
• Background in consumer technology, search, or privacy-enhancing technologies.
• MBA or advanced degree in a related technical field.
