About the Role
As Director, Sales Development (Offshore), you will lead and scale a high-energy, global sales development function, driving significant impact on top-of-funnel revenue generation. This is a pivotal role for a data-driven leader with strong business acumen and a passion for developing talent in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a highly skilled and experienced international sales development leadership team to achieve revenue and demand generation goals.
- Drive strategic initiatives for international sales development, partnering closely with the VP of Sales Development and key leaders across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Lead the SDR team by example, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Implement and oversee training, motivation, and coaching programs in a fast-growth environment.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in 2nd line leadership within a sales development capacity, covering multiple regions (UKI and North America essential).
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B organization within an Inside Sales Development or Inside Sales role, specifically driving inbound motions for Mid-Market accounts.
- Proven experience leading an international function across various organizations.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership teams across Product, Marketing, and Finance.
- Significant experience working with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and partnering with marketing to optimize inbound and outbound lead funnels.
- Demonstrated success as a sales professional, with an ability to mentor and lead the SDR team effectively.
- Passion for training, motivating, and coaching in a fast-growth environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Expert knowledge of industry standards and tooling for a progressive Sales Development organization.
- Expert user of Salesforce Sales Cloud for lead, contact, and opportunity management, with the ability to develop reports and dashboards.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- The Sales Development team serves as the initial customer contact point for inbound inquiries and is crucial for driving outbound demand generation.
- This role is critical for the Go-To-Market organization, with top-of-funnel initiatives representing the highest priority and offering a significant opportunity to directly influence business success.
