Director, Sales Enablement

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales Enablement to build our go-to-market enablement foundation from the ground up, transforming our existing processes into a high-velocity engine for our sales team. This role is perfect for a curious, hands-on leader who is passionate about AI technology and dedicated to coaching individual representatives to achieve peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve a comprehensive 4-week onboarding program for Account Executives.
• Maintain and expand a library of pitch decks, talk tracks, and use-case resources that evolve with our product and competitive landscape.
• Develop and execute a rigorous quarterly pitch certification program with clear rubrics and feedback loops.
• Provide ongoing coaching through call reviews, debriefs, and workshops to help the team sharpen their narratives.
• Create engaging programs such as deal storytelling and win/loss reviews to foster peer learning and team growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training within a technical B2B environment.
• Proven track record of building an enablement program from scratch rather than just maintaining existing processes.
• Demonstrated experience in one-on-one coaching of Account Executives.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create effective pitch decks and training materials.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where product roadmaps and market conditions shift rapidly.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in AI/ML, infrastructure, developer tools, or API-first companies.
• Experience enabling sales teams to effectively engage with technical buyers like ML engineers and platform leads.
• Background in managing enablement for both commercial and enterprise sales motions simultaneously.
