Join Affirm's Brand & Communications team as a Director, Social & Community to lead our social presence, shaping how we engage with culture and build vibrant communities. This pivotal role will drive our story's resonance with key audiences, making a significant impact on our brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, from audience insights to platform mix and content approach, ensuring cultural relevance and business impact.
• Establish a proactive content program to amplify narratives, spotlight earned media, and engage the community with creativity and authenticity.
• Foster real-time dialogue and community engagement, maintaining a timely, direct, and culturally relevant brand voice.
• Identify trends, experiment with emerging formats, and champion innovative ways to engage across social platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Communications, Brand, and Partner Marketing teams to integrate social-first thinking into all campaigns.
• Continuously optimize content, reach, and engagement through data-driven insights to deepen audience connections.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in communications or brand roles.
• 10+ years leading social and community strategy, preferably at digital-first companies or in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in best practices across major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, LinkedIn).
