District Success Manager

About the Role

Join our mission-driven team as a District Success Manager to help school districts implement Khan Academy and empower educators to improve student learning outcomes. This role is a unique opportunity to blend customer success strategies with educational expertise to create meaningful impact in schools across the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Manage school district implementations by providing leadership, guidance, and strategic support throughout the academic year.
• Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers and administrators to ensure effective product adoption.
• Analyze district data to identify trends, inform implementation strategies, and drive renewal success.
• Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, from district executive leadership to classroom teachers, with empathy and confidence.
• Collaborate with the team to refine success playbooks and improve internal processes using CRM and project management tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of classroom teaching experience and 2+ years of experience as a school administrator.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or education-focused customer support.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and compelling stories.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience using Khan Academy in a classroom setting.
• Strong coaching and mentorship skills for supporting educators and administrators.
• Proficiency with ed-tech tools, video conferencing software, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to provide in-person support to district partners.
