Enablement Program Manager GTM

About the Role

This role is crucial for empowering our go-to-market teams, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively engage customers and drive business growth. You will design and implement programs that enhance performance across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including training, playbooks, and tools for GTM teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success leaders to identify critical enablement needs and priorities.
• Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, gather feedback, and continuously optimize programs for impact.
• Manage and maintain a centralized enablement content library, ensuring resources are current and easily accessible.
• Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and market insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an enablement, training, or program management role, with a focus on go-to-market strategies.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer success best practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to design and develop effective learning content and programs.
• Experience with enablement platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to work remotely across the United States or Canada.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
