About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Project Manager to join our Implementation Team, driving the successful onboarding of new and existing Credit Union customers to the Clutch Platform. You will lead multiple implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met and fostering strong client relationships.

About the Team

Our Implementation Team is dedicated to successfully onboarding new Credit Union customers to the Clutch Platform. Project teams typically consist of an Implementation Engineer and an Engagement Manager, collaborating closely to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the onboarding efforts of new and existing customers by understanding business objectives and partnering with the project team to prescribe best practice recommendations.
• Develop detailed project plan schedules and work breakdown structures, ensuring accountability for milestone dates and work quality.
• Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for executive sponsors and project teams.
• Proactively identify and effectively mitigate implementation risks.
• Quickly establish and nurture rapport and positive relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Execute implementation projects, partnering closely with clients’ Executive-level project sponsors.
• Deliver on engagements, including driving milestone meetings, customizing project artifacts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Track detailed scope of engagement and, when applicable, work with the customer to estimate scope changes and execute change orders.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Credit Unions to be a trusted thought leader and advisor with your customers.
• Coach and mentor project team members to facilitate improved teamwork.
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature the capabilities of the team.
• Help design methodologies, templates, and collateral to effectively deliver new Clutch products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or similar role managing enterprise software implementations and customer relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business or technical problems into clear, actionable solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable results for multiple customers simultaneously.
• Skilled at bringing structure to ambiguity, designing scalable processes, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for product mastery, customer success, and contributing to a high-growth company.
• Applicants must have the necessary documentation and authorization to work in Brazil (contractor basis). Clutch cannot provide sponsorship or assist with obtaining work permits for this role.
