About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Analyze team, where you will guide the development of scalable analytics and conversion products that empower users with actionable insights. This is a player-coach role that offers the unique opportunity to shape our AI-native platform while balancing hands-on technical contribution with team leadership and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a full-stack team focused on building and scaling analytics product offerings.
• Drive roadmap planning, execution, and technical strategy in partnership with Product and Design.
• Balance hands-on coding (20-30%) with team management to unblock developers and maintain high engineering standards.
• Support team growth through clear feedback, career development, and fostering an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with other engineering leaders to refine organizational processes and improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a technical individual contributor, including experience as a senior or staff engineer.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with modern tech stacks including TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Experience building or shipping AI-powered product features with a clear understanding of their practical application.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow senior-level engineers across distributed teams.
• Business-level fluency in English.

• Deep expertise in data-intensive systems such as event pipelines, OLAP stores, or query engines.
