This remote-first role (U.S., BC & ON, Canada) is crucial for powering analytics, AI, and product experiences across the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for the ingestion, transformation, and automation frameworks of data pipelines.
• Ensure secure and reliable data movement from diverse sources to various destinations.
• Support critical analytics, machine learning, and product use cases with robust data solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Data Infrastructure, Analytics Engineering, and Data & Insights teams.
• Drive initiatives to improve data quality and accelerate delivery velocity.
• Enable data-driven decision-making across Webflow through reliable data infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading data engineering teams.
• Strong background in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, and data governance principles.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and related data technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
