About the Role

Lead our DevX (Developer Experience) team as an Engineering Manager, dedicated to significantly enhancing the internal developer experience at 1Password. You will streamline the entire development lifecycle, from code creation to integration, ensuring a smooth and frictionless journey for our engineers, working remotely from the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on improving developer experience.
• Drive the enhancement of internal tooling and development workflows.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient development lifecycle for all engineers at 1Password.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Significant experience with cloud-native infrastructure and backend technologies, including the ability to provide technical guidance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Must be located within the United States or Canada.
