About the Role

Lead the Enterprise Experience team at Zapier, focusing on enhancing the user experience and UI platform for our enterprise customers. This role is crucial for delivering scalable, controlled, and trustworthy automation tools to some of the world's biggest companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Experience engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive the development and ownership of centralized administrative views for Enterprise plans.
• Spearhead enterprise UX improvements and UI platform upgrades across the entire product.
• Elevate our in-house design system and optimize UI performance.
• Build flexible dashboards to enable easier account and plan personalization for internal teams.
• Develop powerful administrative tools for company-wide management and governance.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across all Zapier products for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Engineering Manager role, leading and mentoring software development teams.
• Strong background in building and scaling enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Expertise in UI/UX development and platform architecture, with a focus on user experience.
• Experience with design systems and optimizing UI performance.
• Ability to understand and address the unique needs of enterprise customers regarding scale, control, visibility, and trust.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with product and design teams.
