Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a distributed and diverse team of Infrastructure engineers in developing infrastructure that keeps customer sites online, performant, and scalable.
• Identify the need for and champion the implementation of new technologies, engagement models, and processes to scale systems and meet company objectives.
• Facilitate the professional development of team members, identifying growth opportunities and providing support.
• Drive goal-setting with your team and maintain accountability for achieving results.
• Contribute to shaping organizational processes and collaborate with other Engineering Managers to enhance support for reports and peers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams, focusing on both people development and technical execution.
• 2+ years of experience managing and scaling infrastructure engineering teams in a growth-oriented environment.
• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure, Site Reliability, or Software Engineer with a strong background in distributed systems.
• Expertise with core technologies relevant to our stack, including AWS, Pulumi, and Cloudflare.
