Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers focused on localization and site discovery initiatives.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for features that improve global accessibility and platform visibility.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of code quality and operational excellence.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in software development.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with localization strategies and internationalization (i18n) best practices.
• Familiarity with site discovery mechanisms, including SEO, search engine algorithms, and content indexing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver impactful features in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.
